This is my own idea of what a Godzilla Vs Pacific Rim movie would look like. The intellectual property belongs to it's owners, my speculation is my own. No attempt to make profit is being made off of this speculative story.

Prologue:
The Pacific Rim aliens have sent new kaiju through in their neverending quest to conquer the Earth. Forwarned this time, the humans were ready with a variety of new Jaeger designs.
During the intervening years, the Wall was completed. This time not to keep out the alien Kaiju, but to contain the devastation wrought by the newest weapons brought to bear. Satellite lasers, smaller Jaegers running interference and spare weaponry, larger Jaegers carrying a variety of heavy weapon payloads.
A massive 5v5 battle begins at the new gateway, this time on the surface of an island in the Pacific. The humans are attempting to setup a device they believe will not only shut the wormhole, but also scramble the alien's machine so that it loses the coordinates of their Earth forever.
They quickly set it up and trigger the device...but instead of immediately closing, the gateway blows open an additional dimension that sucks in the lead Jaeger and two of the massive alien Kaiju before imploding.
Start of movie:
The two Jaeger heroes and their suit are damaged in the travel between worlds. Just as the surviving alien kaiju are about to crush them, Godzilla arrives (feeling extremely territorial of course). He shreds one of alien kaiju and obliterates another one with his breath.
He seems to be uninterested in the Jaegers after nudging them roughly and getting no response. In a small tidal wave, Godzilla disappears back into the ocean, pursuing the surviving alien Kaiju, still badly wounded from it's first encounter with Godzilla's teeth.
Emergency response teams find the jaeger and their pilots, quickly realizing they are not from their Earth. The pilots have lost consciousness and are taken to a hospital in hopes of learning their story.
The military begins the process of examining the fallen Jaegers.
MONARCH is studying the singularity and attemping to understand how to control it. Once the pilots awaken and tell their story, the scientists explain they believe they might be able to send them home. A General is concerned about more invading alien Kaiju and wants control of the gate to preven this. She also does not fully trust the Jaeger pilots. They are aliens too after all.
We see the work on Mecha Godzilla from Godzilla Vs Kong has advanced and the great machine is almost finished. Meanwhile, the military repairs the Jaeger with MechaG tech...quietly adding in a failsafe should the mechs be turned against humanity.
Godzilla Universe scientists discover the Singularity is only partially closed and readings indicate the aliens are preparing to send through multiple powerful alien kaiju.
The lead scientist team (the mavericks daughter from Godzilla2000, working with the creator of Dimension Tide from Godzilla Vs Megaguirus) discover the code is dialed using gravity pulses, so he repurposes Dimension Tide technology in an attempt to dial the Jaeger homeworld and shut down the singularity after it is used... the Dimension Tide countdown begins.
There is some question of whether it will go off before the alien kaiju make it through the Singularity, but of course they make it through and disrupt the countdown due to a need to recalibrate Dimension Tide. The aliens appear to be partially aware the humans are attempting to hack their codes.
Everything comes to a head, with 4 collossal alien kaiju, Godzilla, the repaired Jaeger and MechaG fighting for supremacy at the singularity. The Jaeger pilots get a chance to put down Godzilla, but the human military interfere with their failsafe, turning off it's weapons. One of the smaller alien kaiju then attacks and is nearly a match for the Jaeger without it's weapons available.
The pilots agree not to attack Godzilla and their weapons are turned back on, allowing them to destroy the alien Kaiju attacking them.
In the end, Godzilla crushes the final alien Kaiju and turns (with his back lighting up) to confront a damaged MechaG and the exhausted Jaeger pilots. Meanwhile the second singularity countdown (forgotten by nearly everyone) reaches zero, sending all 3 through by accident.
The science team announces the travelers arrived alive, but a radiation surge in transit scrambled the readings. No one knows if they arrived in Pacific Rim, the Kaiju homeworld, or some other unknown dimension.
